ABOUT US

Once you're here, you're part of the family. We all work together to help each other, teach each other, and have a great time! We learn organically, through play, games, and discovery. We spend some time working on our letters, numbers, discovering nature and the environment, and learning independence and age appropriate self sufficiency. I use the kid's passions to help inspire teaching and keep the kids connected to what they're learning. We keep a relaxed, happy home, and love trips to local parks and village walks.  The do at least 4 field trips (strawberry picking, apple picking, pumpkin patch and Metcalfe Fair). We keep a loose schedule, with specific times for lunch and snacks, but keep a lot of time for free play, building imaginations, and lots of outdoor exploration. We do a lot of baking, art, sensory play and we also have a vegetable garden to look after :)
